3. Contact, reservation and catering requests

For enquiries by e-mail or via the reservation form, the submitted data (name, phone number, date, time, number of guests) is used exclusively for processing. The form opens your own e-mail program; no data is stored on this website.

4. Server log files

The hosting provider automatically processes server log files (IP address, time, page accessed, browser type) to ensure reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Cookies and consent

Only technically necessary storage is used (your cookie choice, locally in your browser). Statistics services load only after consent via the cookie notice; you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

6. Web analytics (only with consent)

7. External links, Google Maps and Instagram

"Get directions" leads to Google Maps, the Instagram button to Instagram (Meta). Only when you click do you leave our website; the providers' privacy policies then apply. No maps or feeds are embedded on the website itself.
